  7. Good definition of Job satisfaction .Here I wish to describe the importance of measuring job satisfaction

Measuring employee satisfaction correctly tells you ways your team really feels. you'll use that information to enhance all of those things,

    1) Employee retention –

It’s hard to retain employees around if they’re not happy working for you. satisfied employees are less likely to go away for a special job.

    2) Productivity –

It is sensible that dissatisfied employees won’t put within the same effort at work as those that are literally proud of their job. Satisfied employees tend to be twice as productive compared to their dissatisfied coworkers.

    3) Company culture –

Dissatisfied employees can become toxic over time, hurting company culture and creating a nasty work environment. Satisfied employees, on the opposite hand, are more likely to be supportive and enthusiastic.

  8. Job satisfaction is a feeling in which the employee feels positive about their job. The positive feeling is always extracted through the evaluation of the job characteristics. It is not always the pay, salary, or wages that satisfy the most. The employee also considers job characteristics, responsibilities, and duties while serving an organization. Satisfied employees always develop a positive vibe around the organization which will affect other employee’s satisfaction as well. Eventually it will maximize the performance of the organization.

  9. Job dissatisfaction leads to law enforcement, employee turnover, and absenteeism. Employee dissatisfaction depends on the work environment, corporate culture, less opportunities for professional development, lack of pay and poor management. HRM must provide the employee with the job description that provides a clear picture of the job role, responsibilities, and expected performance of the organization. Above all, employee feedback helps to identify the challenges in their job Role and make a pleasant place to work.
